Before You Begin
Pre-wash and dry your fabric. No fabric softener. Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
How to Apply
- Place your patch face-up on the fabric
- Cover with a thin pressing cloth or pillowcase
- Press firmly with a hot iron — no steam
- Hold for 15–25 seconds depending on your fabric (see chart below)
- Let cool completely, then press from the reverse side for another 15–25 seconds
- Check all edges are fully bonded — repeat if needed

| Cotton, Felt, Flannel, French Terry, Linen | ~302°F | 20–25 sec | Both sides can be ironed. Always test first. |
| Heat-resistant Blends | ~302°F | 20–25 sec | Test on a small area first |
| Nylon | ~302°F | 20–25 sec | Low pressure, avoid long heating time. Test first. |
| Nylon Blend | ~302°F | 20–25 sec | Low heat, short pressure, avoid overheating. Test first. |
| Polyester Blends, Polyester-Cotton Blends | ~302°F | 20–25 sec | Adjust for fabric blend, press briefly, test first. |
| Terry Cloth, Wool | ~302°F | 20–25 sec | Low heat, gentle pressure. Always test first. |
Care Tips
- Hand wash cold, air dry for best results
- Avoid high heat in the dryer
- For delicate fabrics, sew edges down for extra security
